Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Director, Talent Management for our client. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the talent management department, aligning goals and objectives with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of departmental programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Manage and allocate departmental resources, including budgetary planning and financial oversight.
  • Lead and inspire a team of talent management professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to the department's area of focus.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations, vendors, and community stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other professional events, enhancing its reputation and visibility.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration, grant funding, and strategic partnerships to support departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within public education or similar industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and impact.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget planning, financial management, and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Professional certifications or memberships relevant to the industry or leadership role are desirable.
