Responsibilities

• You will oversee the development and execution of the merchandising strategy to align with Skims' brand vision and business objectives, ensuring innovative and trend-setting product assortments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in planning, developing, and implementing seasonal product strategies that enhance our market position.
• Analyze sales trends and consumer insights to inform merchandising decisions and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, margin, and inventory to maximize sales and profitability.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive product launches and promotional campaigns.
