The Channel Frameworks & Services team is keenly focused on helping engineers build and manage best-in-class customer experiences quickly, economically, and safely.
In this position, you will partner with technical and product colleagues to sequence capabilities, participate in long-range strategy planning, provide leadership to cross-functional teams and handle risk at the program and portfolio level.

In this position, you will partner with technical and product colleagues to sequence capabilities, participate in long-range strategy planning, provide leadership to cross-functional teams and handle risk at the program and portfolio level.
Key Responsibilities
- Partners and collaborates with Product Management, Technology Leaders, and teams to understand the intended outcome of the program, manage delivery, and communicate progress delivery.
- Translates key business goals and enables coordination of Product Management and technology leaders and teams to drive alignment of activities to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinates and reviews portfolio’s end to end delivery plans.
- Supports and guides the development process, collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to skillfully execute on deliverables in a timely manner.
- Dedicatedly anticipates any risks and issues during the delivery of the portfolio plan and ensure that appropriate mitigation actions are undertaken.
- Facilitates the engagement of end-to-end delivery and/or support teams, negotiating where necessary to resolve any resourcing conflicts that may arise due to availability or skill.
- Promotes continuous improvement in Technology end to end delivery processes to drive overall improvements.
- Ensures adherence of portfolio (or Platform) supported relevant compliance requirements.
- Works with the Service Delivery/Technology Operations to ensure quality and performance of program supported to achieve intended outcome.
- Overarching understanding the technical platforms and architectural integrations.
- An understanding of technical integration to ensures alignment of technical solutions across platforms and risk mitigation.
- Champion of Lean-Agile practices and mindsets by encouraging and supporting enterprise Agile maturity progression.
- Builds and develops high performing teams.
- Champions a learning culture to drive continuous improvements and standardization.
- Ensures collaboration and quality practices between leaders, Agile teams, and Product teams.
- Responsible for compliance with SDLC standards.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of agile experience scrum master managing scrum team for medium to large software development projects.
- Experience in Lean/SAFe Principles
- 7+ years relevant Program/Project Management experience
- Agile/Scrum Certifications a plus.
- Project Management Certification a plus.
