We support hard working and talented community college students in discovering, enrolling, and graduating from top universities in the United States. We’re looking for an experienced enrollment leader who has a proven track record of curating and executing effective enrollment initiatives and building partnerships to drive success.


As the Director of University Success, you will be the trusted bridge between EdVisorly and our university partners. You will build, execute, maintain, and refresh transfer enrollment strategies in partnership with each partner university. In building genuine and trusted relationships with universities, the Director of University Success will ensure college and university team members are engaged, valued, and supported throughout our partnership. From implementation, to launch, and throughout ongoing enrollment operations, you will be EdVisorly’s trusted point of first contact. You will develop a deep knowledge of the individual enrollment goals of each university and college, an awareness of their internal operations, and unearth new and scalable opportunities for EdVisorly to best support the success of our partners.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of cohesive and creative enrollment strategies in collaboration with university partners and the EdVisorly Community College Success Manager to increase and optimize student engagement and enrollment via the EdVisorly platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders with university partners on behalf of EdVisorly and our mission. Work closely with the university partners to understand their unique initiatives to support students who plan to transfer to their institution.
  • Utlizing data to develop actionable insights and opportunities to support university partners through the EdVisorly platform. Insights include feedback on EdVisorly platform features and functionality, specific operational challenges between partner community colleges and universities, opportunities to partner on events and awareness campaigns, student engagement patterns, and more.
  • Expert at documenting strategy, operations, and tactics for each partnership and building frameworks for partnerships that scale.
  • Analyze enrollment industry trends, university feedback, and partnerships to continuously enhance EdVisorly’s performance.
  • Be proactive in studying and adapting to industry trends, the higher education enrollment landscape, student behavior, our competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy and growth.
  • Create, implement, and oversee results driven enrollment plans and strategies for individual institutions, driving established success metrics, deeper engagement, and maximizing use of the platform.
  • EdVisorly transfer enrollment subject matter expert with deep knowledge of how to develop and execute winning strategies with partner institutions.
  • Lead monthly performance reviews with college and university partners, delivering actionable insights through EdVisorly platform and partner provided enrollment data.
  • Clearly communicate relevant in-platform analytics as well as external trends in data to inform EdVisorly’s business strategy.
  • Collaborate with EdVisorly team members and university key stakeholders to share intel and feedback to guide strategies and inform modifications and enhancements to the platform.
  • Advocate for the success of each partner institution to EdVisorly team.
  • Collaborate on pilots and new opportunities to expand EdVisorly services for partner institutions.
  • Lead or facilitate platform training, presentations, and best practice reviews with colleges and universities.


Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of conducting research, collecting and organizing findings, analyzing data, and applying this to a defensible decision-making framework in a higher education enrollment environment.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years creating and executing university enrollment strategies in higher education, account management, and/or customer success. Specific experience supporting higher education transfer enrollment strategies is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in enrollment and/or admissions, leveraging data to make informed decisions, working with analytics platforms, data reporting and assessment.
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and relationships in higher education or with an organization working alongside enrollment leaders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work objectives based on highest value activities.
  • Excellent active listener, ability to cultivate, grow, and foster relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Goal oriented team player. The best team players find a way to win.

Preferred:


  • Community College to 4-year University transfer experience personally, professionally, or close family. Or first generation college student.
  • Project management experience.


Location:

Hybrid, with travel.
