Position Overview:

• Director of Sales & Business Development
• This role will be responsible for driving new business, re-engaging past clients, and fostering strategic partnerships.
• This individual will also do some executive recruiting, focusing on leadership roles and strategic positions, as well as leading some Account Management for specific strategic accounts.
• Full-time, salaried W-2 Position with full benefits
• Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions + quarterly bonuses

Job Preferences:

• Looking for candidates with a College Degree
• 5+ years of current or past permanent placement (direct hire) recruiting industry experience and complex professional service sales
