Midas Hospitality is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to join our team. This person will work to maximize hotel room revenue for 6 - 10 Midas Hospitality properties by implementing the company-wide management culture and initiatives. This includes transient and group pricing strategies, quarterly revenue management objectives and Ecommerce.
Midas Hospitality offers 2 days work from home per week.

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to join our team. This person will work to maximize hotel room revenue for 6 - 10 Midas Hospitality properties by implementing the company-wide management culture and initiatives. This includes transient and group pricing strategies, quarterly revenue management objectives and Ecommerce.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop, implement and recommend transient, LNR and group sales and pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing RevPAR. The Regional Revenue Director will ensure proper segmentation mix of business through the use of inventory status controls, pricing strategies and brand promotional participation.
- Responsible for creating, reviewing and approving all revenue tracking tools and their implementation and utilization at the property level. This includes weekly strategy calendars.
- Implementation of tools to manage proper mix of group and displacement analysis.
- Lead weekly revenue meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and the analysis of monthly forecast and annual budget.
- Be able to understand and interpret market conditions, trends and the competition by analyzing STAR data. Use this data to implement RevPAR index increase strategies.
- Ensure the implementation of Brand Revenue Initiatives.
- Systems knowledge of at least one major brand (IHG, Marriott or Hilton)
- Proficient in Excel
- Two or four year degree in Hospitality Management, Business or a related major
- At least one year of related experience
