Join Our Team: Director of Revenue Management & Analytics

Empyrean is seeking an innovative Director of Revenue Management & Analytics to steer our revenue functions and analytics strategies. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing revenue through sophisticated forecasting, management of billing processes, and the cultivation of analytical insights that propel business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and enhance our third-party revenue forecasting, tracking, and reporting systems.
  • Manage consolidated billing operations and ensure timely premium remittances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify analytics needs, translating data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Define and implement KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to monitor performance across revenue streams.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.

What You'll Need

  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical prowess with a background in handling large datasets.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Familiarity with SQL and advanced proficiency in MS Office tools; Benefits Administration technology knowledge is a plus.
