Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in mattress technology. Drive innovation by developing new product ideas and improving existing products.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of product developers and engineers. Foster a collaborative and creative environment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards. Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any issues.
Patent Management: Manage the company's patent portfolio. This includes overseeing the application for new patents and ensuring the company's products do not infringe on existing patents. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, preferably in the mattress industry.
Proven track record of bringing new products to market.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
