Director of Quality Assurance

RBW is partnering with an innovative biopharma company in its search for a Director of Quality. Our client has several biologics products on the market, with a strong development pipeline and is providing the right candidate with the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing organisation.

The candidate will report directly to the executive team, and this role will be responsible for oversight of external quality, supplier and regulatory compliance, CAPAs, document control, product complaints, etc. You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, supply chain and PMO to ensure a complaint approach to the manufacturing.

The client is seeking an autonomous, results-driven candidate with strong experiences in GxP who can lead cross-functionally and build teams.
