This leader is responsible for implementing, overseeing and enhancing the digital procurement technology roadmap needed to support client's evolving supply chain environment. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of existing procure to pay systems from a business perspective, developing and implementing supply chain management systems such as inventory management and demand planning and optimizing a technology center of excellence to further govern process improvement
The Leadership Responsibilities Of This Position Include
Leading and governing the source to pay (S2P) digital footprint and business optimization team
Creating a culture that enables agility and automation through technology
Building a partnership among key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure that digital procurement initiatives support business outcomes and ensure efforts are aligned with business needs
Driving change management, influencing up and across DaVita
Identifying process, performance improvement and automation opportunities
Seek out innovative technology to further advance our procurement digital strategy
Required Skills
Procurement leadership experience
Experience implementing a procurement technology roadmap
Procure to pay systems
