RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership and direction to regional centers on; budget and financial performance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
• Provides advice to centers for staff utilization
• Makes decisions that effectively balance the needs of the customer and the business
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• 3-5 years of experience managing a facility
• Ability to travel up to 100%
• Director of Operations or Regional experience, preferred
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
