Strategic Health Partners, parent organization of MAK Anesthesia seeks a Director of Operations to serve as a liaison between SHP and client hospitals. The Director of Operations will report to the VP of Operations.
This Individual Would Strive To Develop And Maintain a Positive Relationship With Atlanta-area Client Hospitals. They Would Collaborate With Teams Onsite At The Hospitals And Multiple Departments At The Kennesaw Corporate Office To Develop And Implement Strategies To Insure Efficiency By
Identifying and addressing client hospital needs and concerns, related to anesthesia
create and implement strategies for improving hospital client satisfaction
develop process improvements
provide ongoing communication to clients on current reports, requests, and improvement projects
assist with the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise with anesthesia team or operating room staff
Masters degree in healthcare administration with at least 3 years relevant experience—or with a bachelors + 10 years of relevant experience.
