Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Director of Operations at Kenco Hospitality, Inc. located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, analyzing performance metrics, and creating and managing budgets. They will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and ensuring smooth operations throughout the organization. Compensation of between $95,000 and $105,000 predicated on experience, full benefit package, profit sharing, and yearly bonus based on job performance.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
