Job Description
The Director of IT will play an integral role of strategic initiatives for the technology department and lead it on a global level. This individual will be reporting into the President of the organization and handle the following:
Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability to the company's operations
Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
Ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the company's IT systems and data.
Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network solutions.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within the consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing IT budgets and resources.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in IT security and compliance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
