Director of Infrastructure

Hybrid

Must live in DE, PA or MD and be able to get to the office 2-3 days a week. Client can't consider candidates in New Jersey.

Our client, an industry leader, is seeking a Director of Infrastructure to work Hybrid out of Wilmington, DE. This person will be responsible for all IT Operations that covers IT Service Management, Service Desk, Data Center Operations and other infrastructure as well as Help Desk.

Qualifications

• Bahelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required
• At least 10 Years of IT Infrastructure management experience
• 6+ years of IT Service Management
• Must have experience managing vendors
• Experience developing and maintaining frameworks and operational procedures
• Expert in data center operations, disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
• Must have a background in ITSM and ITIL
• Strong budgeting background
• Management experience
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
