Position Title: Director of Human Resources
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Job Overview:
The Director of Human Resources oversees all aspects of human capital management within the organizations: Alts & Label. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with each organization's overall objectives and visions
Collaborate with executive leadership to anticipate and address future talent needs and challenges
Drive initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and workplace safety
Compensation and Benefits:
Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent
Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the organization's compensation practices remain competitive and equitable
Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
Training and Development:
Identify training and development needs across the organization and develop programs to address them
Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and advancement
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
HR Administration:
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS management, and record-keeping
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and compliance with data privacy regulations
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures consistent with best practices and legal requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies
