Your impact:

We are seeking a highly strategic, proactive and energetic head of Field Marketing in the Americas to join the Mirakl team. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive field strategies to create and accelerate pipeline for our Americas sales team. In this role you will manage and mentor 2 field marketing managers covering our Retail and B2B sales teams.

What you'll do at Mirakl:

  • Leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring a team of field marketers
  • Deep knowledge and experience in developing and executing comprehensive field marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Experience in the creation, planning & execution of corporate events. Responsible for the US Mirakl Summit corporate event
  • Possess the ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Experience with Account-based marketing and producing a field program strategy that focuses on a named account list and enterprise sale
  • Ability to develop creative campaigns that break through the noise
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with the sales team
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global and local programs
  • Strong execution capability, with ability in driving results and meeting pipeline targets
  • Ability to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on pipeline impact


What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or related field
  • 7-8+ years of field marketing, event marketing or general marketing experience
  • 4+ years managing a team
  • Corporate events planning experience
  • Experience with marketing automation, salesforce and ABM tools preferred
  • Experience with managing global stakeholders a plus
  • Are energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful
