Job Summary
The Director of Facilities, Transportation & Technology reports directly to the Head of School and is responsible for the oversight of the physical plant, building maintenance, campus grounds, energy management, campus security, transportation, and technology.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Director of Facilities will:
Oversees the physical operation of the entire school and its programs
Create and oversee regular maintenance programs for the upkeep of all school facilities and property including buildings, grounds, vehicles, furniture, and equipment (Plant, Network, Telecommunications, A/V, etc.)
Oversee and evaluate the work of all contractors hired to do work on the school's buildings, grounds, and vehicles (collectively "operations"), including but not limited to housekeeping, security, waste disposal, and party rental vendors
Oversee the work of the above-mentioned vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and budgetary restrictions
Create and oversee the budgets related to operations including those for the above-mentioned vendors and contractors
Create and oversee an on-going equipment replacement program and PPRSM budget (provision for plant replacement, renewal and special maintenance)
Coordinates logistics for campus events and rentals
Receives and processes all deliveries to the school
Oversees and evaluates Pacifica's Parking Management Plan
Recommends and implements policies, procedures, and systems for facilities, grounds, and campus safety and monitors appropriate compliance by Pacifica Christian staff and all vendors and contractors with existing laws and school policies
Provides support in the development and implementation of the Campus Master Plan and long-range planning
Assume responsibility for other projects as assigned by the the Head of School.
Supports the school and its leadership.

Salary Range: The annual salary is in the range of $70,000-$98,000 plus benefits. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
