How you will make an impact:

As the Director of Environmental Services with SilverCrest Properties, you have the unique opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of residents and staff alike. In this role, you will partner with onsite management and environmental services teams across our communities to train team members on policies and safety procedures, complete compliance audits, and prepare capital budgets and monitor expenditures across all of our properties. Through effective leadership and collaboration with the team, you will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that all aspects of environmental services, from housekeeping to waste management, are executed efficiently and with a high attention to detail. If you have strong communication and organizational skills with a broad knowledge of business functions and project management experience, we would love to meet you.

Schedule: Flexible hours based on business needs

• Monday–Friday, working 8 AM to 4:30 PM
• On-call for large emergencies
  
  

What you will need:

• Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance, working at a large assisted living or multifamily housing building
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Must have or be able to obtain a Grade C Chief Boiler’s License
• Must have or be able to obtain a Pool Operators Certificate
