Your Role
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will blend digital expertise with creative vision. You will:
- Manage the development of our customer-facing platforms.
- Collaborate with all divisions and communities to understand their buyers and craft marketing strategies.
- Support the development of our brand strategy.
- Optimize our digital advertising strategy and spending.
- Build dashboards and tools for marketing trend analysis.
- Apply SEO best practices to our website.
- Work with marketing consultants for optimal outcomes.
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, focusing on high-cost, slow-sale goods.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative, curious, and eager to learn.
- Familiar with industry-standard analytical tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience marketing durable goods or products with a long sales timeline.
- Thorough experience in the social media space.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven managerial experience.
- Some travel required; must have a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage.
