Responsibilities:
Lead digital consumer journey of 4Ever Young:
Digital Media Management:
- Evaluate and identify new digital partners to provide digital media management to all locations
- Manage 4Ever Young’s digital media partners to ensure success for our franchisees
- Compile reporting and analytics to ensure all partners are producing the desired leads, conversions and brand goals
- Take charge of the 4Ever Young CRM, ensuring it is set up to optimize lead nurture and flow
- Regularly monitor performance, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates
- Take charge of the 4Ever Young website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines
- Regularly update website content, monitor performance, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates
- Optimize content for search engines
- Evaluate and manage any partners brought on to support the 4Ever Young website
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, focusing on engagement, retention, and conversion
- Optimize email content and design, monitor analytics, and refine strategies based on performance metrics
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and explore new touchpoints, such as text messaging, to enhance customer interaction and brand reach
- Implement and manage these new channels, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and brand voice
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Use data-driven approaches to refine strategies and maximize ROI
Working with the Director of Marketing, this position will:
Ongoing Support:
- Become subject matter expert for CRM, website, email, digital marketing and any touchpoints of the digital customer journey in order to field questions, meetings or education on these platforms
- Lead training and communications for any digitally focused subject
- Join franchisee support calls when necessary
- Set up all locations with CRM, website, location listing and any other digital tool needed
- Ensure new locations are set up for success with proven campaigns
- Implement digital marketing strategies and tactics in a timely manner to impact the crucial first few months of open
Collaborate Across Functions:
- As part of the marketing team, participate in all company-wide initiatives
- Serve as liaison of Marketing and IT wherever appropriate
- Participate in franchisee training and support wherever appropriate
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Franchise marketing experience preferred
- Experience with growth brands preferred
- Proven experience in digital media, website management, and email marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
