The Director of Kelly Brand Management’s digital & ecommerce division is responsible for managing ecommerce client accounts, securing and onboarding new eCommerce clients, as well as building and executing on sales goals of the eCommerce division.
The Director of the digital & ecommerce division must be proficient in all aspects of ecommerce and be able to assist in training employees in the division while managing current customers and client’s day-to-day business needs.
The position will report directly to the President of Kelly Brand Management regarding Client sales forecasts, and Client management of their ecommerce needs. As Director you are a member of the Kelly Brand Management senior staff, and as such is expected to participate in senior staff meetings, contribute ideas into the overall management and well-being of the company, serve as a mentor to junior staff, work hand in hand with other ecommerce division employees, and consistently identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of Kelly Brand Management’s overall work and job satisfaction for all employees.

As with all members of the Kelly Brand Management team, Directors are always expected to follow the policies described in the Kelly Brand Management handbook and conduct themselves in a professional manner while working to instill a positive work environment at the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in executive meetings, engagements, etc.
Participate in KPI meetings as necessary
Create divisional budget
Track, update and report on budget performance with company president
Recruit, interview, sign and manage new clients, customers for the company & division
Write proposals, contracts, presentations and job descriptions
Manage staffing requirements for the division
Manage team of 4 full-time employees
Manage training of team and new hires
Plan and conduct weekly client meetings
Conduct weekly team meetings
Coordinate vendor support for KBM clients
Conduct client collections
Generate client invoicing
Manage client advertising
Wireframe / mock PDPs, brand stores, A+ content, web pages and websites
Build client graphics
Collections
Administrative - Manage PTO requests, HR inquires, field client issues or compliments and report
