Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Behavioral Health at Regional West Health Services in Scottsbluff, NE. The Director of Behavioral Health will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the behavioral health department, including case management, mental health services, and program development.
Qualifications
Experience in case management and program development
Knowledge of mental health and behavioral health practices
Understanding of psychology principles
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Master's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred
