Salary Range
$61,812 - $145,530
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. How You’ll CREATE
- Develop and execute ‘always on’ marketing strategies across the REPUBLIC REPLAY roster, building audience through the artists’ complete discography.
- This strategy includes but is not limited to: new product releases (deluxe anniversary releases, trending tracks, influencer and ad campaigns, playlist campaigns, merchandise and direct-to-consumer business.
- Proactively communicate goals and project analysis with all departments inside the company, and to Artist Management.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including A&R, Commerce, Marketing & Digital Strategists, eCommerce, Innovation, Sports, Health & Wellness, Creative, TV & Film Licensing, UMe and others to support priority artists and campaigns.
- Regularly interface with Artist Management on all aspects of planning and marketing strategy to ensure the success of the project.
- Help guide and execute creative materials, social ads, and content specific to each campaign.
- Understand and implement innovative Digital Marketing strategies
- Understand and analyze the constant flow of streaming, sales, radio and social data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- 6+ Years’ Experience, Product Manager / Director Level
- Experience working with record companies, Artist Management, Merch and eCommerce
- Strong ability to successfully define and drive project management and execution
- Creative thinker with ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Strong understanding of DSP trends and emerging streaming business (Spotify, Apple, Soundcloud, YouTube)
- Social media savvy, with experience on platforms and understanding of associated data
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, writing, and able to work well cross-functionally
- Not afraid of a challenge or working with big personalities and large teams.
- Must be flexible and adaptable; no task is too small.
- Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
