Director, Digital Marketing

Calling all digital marketing experts with experience in web development, SEO, PPC and analytics. Our agency partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Director to join their team in a full time capacity.

This is a 4-day per week onsite position in Westfield, IN. The team is able to work from home on Fridays and for various priority family or personal events or as needed.

This Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the web development, social, email PPC, SEO and digital analytics efforts executed by a team of 10

Reviewing and approving strategies for web, social, email, PPC and SEO client projects

Manage capacity planning for the team

Oversees reporting and analysis of these projects

Leading, managing and accountability for a team of direct reports; providing work direction, feedback, quarterly check-ins, and annual reviews.

Supporting company's growth strategy through identifying/engaging/managing a balance of internal staff and external vendor resources.

Act as a subject matter expert across all digital technology platforms and identify technology gaps.

Responsible for departmental planning and implementation of web strategies, processes, procedures, initiatives, including communicating milestones, risks, issues, and monitoring quality for all web development.

The director also must be ready and willing to jump in to provide hands-on assistance/coverage for team members in extenuating circumstances. If the type or scope of work falls outside of their personal expertise, then they must have external resources ready to assist.

The Digital Marketing Directors required qualifications are:

Demonstrated experience with business strategies for web, SEO, PPC and analytics.

Experience with team capacity planning for projects

Bachelor's degree

5+ years' experience managing a team

Experience in an agency setting or creating digital marketing strategies for small businesses

Understands HTML, CSS and CMS platforms and ability to help manage production of website and direction as needed

Stays on top of industry trends in this space to make recommendations for clients

Understanding of Google Analytics and WordPress

Digital Marketing Directors preferred qualifications:

Expertise in email and social media strategy

Background in HVAC
