Director Demand Planning

With at least 10 years of supply chain experience in the automotive sector, you'll play a pivotal role in driving their demand planning and forecasting processes, ensuring supply chain operations are not just efficient, but exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement groundbreaking demand planning strategies to optimize inventory and meet customer demand.
• Lead and inspire the demand planning team, fostering a culture of excellence through guidance, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate seamlessly with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather and analyze data, creating accurate and insightful demand forecasts.
• Harness advanced statistical models and cutting-edge software tools to predict demand trends and patterns.
• Monitor and report on critical KPIs related to demand planning and inventory management.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and devise proactive mitigation strategies.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives to refine demand planning processes and systems.
• Communicate with clarity and influence senior management and stakeholders, aligning demand planning strategies with overarching business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain (planning) management within the automotive industry.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in demand forecasting tools and software.
• Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
