Strategy Media Services (strategy-media.com) is a progressive media agency based on Madison Avenue representing real estate and luxury brands nationally and globally. We are looking for a Digital Strategist to join our growing team in NYC.


Required: Minimum 1-2 years of planning/buying experience and execution across digital media. Must have experience with GA4, Doubleclick CM 360, and Facebook Ads Manager. This is a hybrid role only.


  • Assist senior media team with developing media plans for our clients against defined consumer segments and buyer profiles.
  • Manage maintenance of campaign documents including insertion orders, media flowcharts, and budgets ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Compile analytics reports pulled from Campaign Manager 360, GA4, and other reporting platforms with key insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage the ad operations process associated with proper trafficking and management of placement tags and creative.
  • Be the account point person for agency ad operations coordinating assets for upcoming campaign launches.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns in Facebook Ads platform including creating Custom audiences. Must have at least 1 year+ experience with Meta.
  • Assist in managing our programmatic DSP- setting up new campaigns and weekly optimizations.
  • Support senior media team with all client deliverables including campaign set up and launches, ad creative, reporting, and media buy updates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively with flawless client–centric focus.
  • Strong interest in working with a fast-growing agency to contribute to its growth and willingness to provide leadership to our growing media team.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and strong multi-tasking skills.


Desired Skills & Experience


  • At least 1-2 years of digital planning/buying experience required (at advertising or media agency).
  • Experience with Doubleclick Campaign Manager 360 for ad serving and reporting.
  • Experience with Meta and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience working directly in a DSP (Basis preferred).
  • High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Extremely thorough, analytical, and focused on details.
  • Attention to detail while meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
