Digital Product Manager

Synergy Interactive is partnering with a tech startup in the Chicagoland area to fill a Digital Product Manager Position. This direct hire position is fully onsite in the River North area and will be developing and advancing the company's software product. Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience required as well as experience with Notion project management.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements in line with the company’s vision and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product strategy.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of key features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to take products from concept to launch.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive ongoing product improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong proficiency in Notion for project management and documentation.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
