We are looking for a Digital Marketing - Account Coordinator to assist in the creation of long-term, trusting relationships with our customers who will help execute on the lead generation projects for our clients. Initially, you will support senior team members by learning and executing our nine step lead generation process.
Once you are fully onboarded and clear on our process you will move into helping with client communication and the strategic vision for clients. There is an opportunity for quick advancement for the right personality, skill set, and work ethic.
If you are familiar with lead generation principles, have a flair for client management and understand the importance of driving results and ROI we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will be hungry to own client relationships and help us reach our goals.

Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid (One day a week in the office) - MUST BE NEAR ATLANTA
Requirements:
1 to 2+ years of experience as an Account Coordinator, Client Delivery Associate, Digital Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Associate, or Junior Project Manager with marketing experience – Agency experience preferred
Potential ability to grow client accounts, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Experience in helping deliver and bringing new solutions to clients on a weekly basis
Demand generation experience in a digital marketing role
Experience working in marketing strategy
Understanding of lead nurturing, MQL and SQL differentiation, and ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus)
Experience in lead routing, scoring, or a specialized marketing function is a plus
You understand the waterfall methodology
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (MAP) tools such as HubSpot or the equivalent
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in marketing strategy execution
Strong communication skills and transparency are essential
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and nurturing leads through personalized journeys for clients, using digital marketing tools
Assist in managing multiple clients, understanding the intricacies of agency work
Assist in developing and execute digital marketing strategies, with a focus on email marketing and nurturing leads
Assist in creating specific and personalized pathways for prospects, targeting multiple personas for multiple clients
Collaborate with strategic leaders and marketing operations for guidance and support
Understand and implement lead lifecycle processes, including lead scoring and personalized messaging for various clients
Assist in to lead handoff strategies from marketing to sales, including success attribution and ROI calculation
Not Required but a MAJOR Bonus:
Experience in B2B, specifically in logistics
Expert level ABM campaign experience
