Two additional Limelight Hotels in Mammoth, California, and Boulder, Colorado, are currently in development as well as a new Nell property at Rockefeller Center in New York City. Job Description

Summary

The Digital Campaign Manager at Aspen One is a versatile expert in cross-channel digital campaigns, adept at managing and coordinating every aspect of digital strategy implementation across e-commerce and paid media channels. This role encompasses budgeting, creative development, briefing, execution, and more, ensuring impactful digital experiences on the Shopify platform or other content management systems. By leveraging insights and collaborating with internal teams, the Digital Campaign Manager will optimize customer journeys, drive online conversion rates, coordinate seasonal updates, and efficiently handle customer inquiries.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $68,410 - $91,863. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

This position will include a hybrid work schedule and may be based out of our Aspen, CO office or our Denver, CO office. This role will not be open to fully remote or out of state employees.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of digital campaign implementation across e-commerce and paid media channels, ensuring seamless execution and optimization for maximum impact.
  • Develop and manage budgets for cross-channel digital campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Create detailed creative briefs and oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage insights to innovate and refine digital strategies, ensuring impactful digital experiences on Shopify platform.
  • Coordinate seasonal changes across digital platforms for products.
  • Manage customer inquiries efficiently on the Shopify platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and brand teams, to ensure cohesive and effective paid media assets.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director and Sr. Ecommerce Manager on paid media planning and coordination.
  • Optimize ecommerce operations to enhance user experience and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure Aspen One remains competitive.
  • Ensure alignment of digital strategies with overarching business objectives and goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain and update product listings and content on ecommerce platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and ecommerce.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media, ecommerce platforms, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Shopify or similar ecommerce or content management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve cohesive digital experiences.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging digital technologies.

Additional Information

Supervision Given and Received

Supervision Given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Supervision Received: Works under limited supervision of VP, Digital and Ecommerce. Receives guidance in terms of broad goals and overall objectives and is responsible for establishing strategical methods to attain them. Can formulate policies but does not necessarily have final authority for approval. Review of work is not detailed and emphasizes accomplishment of broad work objectives, rather than specific assignments.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements
  • No adverse or hazardous conditions
  • Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
