The Opportunity: As a Digital Associate (Partners), you will lead the content production process for the Coordinated Campaign’s external partners, including our influencer program. You’ll ensure that campaign events, surrogate visits, and our volunteer programs are stocked with high-quality social media content. Working with the Deputy Digital Directors you will maintain a robust content calendar, adjusting it daily to accommodate external requests and maximize opportunities for voter engagement and mobilization. You’ll collaborate within the Content + Mobilization team to ensure that external-facing content is consistent across mediums and platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Take the first draft of social content for the Coordinated Campaign’s external partners
Leverage engagement data to inform campaign strategy regarding content and platforms
Ensure consistency in tone and quality for all aspects of the campaign’s digital presence
Work with the Deputy Digital Directors to maintain the external content calendar
Attend in-person events to collect video and photo content
On year requirements include working outside of normal work hours; including canvassing and other election-preparation as necessary

Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience working with influencers, especially to raise awareness on issues of civic importance
Demonstrated interest in campaigns
Fiercely Collaborative - Eager to work across departments to accomplish campaign goals
Continuously seeks opportunities to learn and develop their skills as a digital strategist
Graphic design and video editing experience are not required, but highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills – Can track a high volume of tasks at different stages of development without losing sight of the bigger picture
Experience producing content for or organizing within communities of diverse backgrounds
