NumbersUSA - a national, non-profit organization with 9 million activists - is seeking a talented and creative Digital Assistant to join its Digital Marketing team in support of its mission to provide a civil forum for discussion of federal immigration policy.
What You’ll Do:
Create daily social media content to raise brand awareness and drive activism.
Monitor Congressional hearings, live events, and news clips to find video content on our issue that our Digital Marketing team can use for content.
Help manage digital ad campaigns.
Create short-form video content on tight deadlines.
Create insightful reports with quantitative metrics
Other Digital Marketing projects as needed (Email marketing, data management, etc.)
What We Would Like to See:
Demonstrated success creating content (Shorts/Memes/Videos) for Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
Creativity and the ability to engage effectively in social media trends.
Awareness of the current news cycle and opportunities it presents for social media content.
Ability to ideate and create content without being prompted or given instructions.
An eagerness to learn and try out new tools and platforms.
Ways to stand out:
Strong instincts in finding the clippable “moments” from Congressional hearings, speeches, interviews, or events.
Experience with digital advertising.
Experience with campaigns, political entities, or advocacy.
Experience with Google Analytics
Salary Range: $50,000-70,000 based on education and applicable experience.
