This is a 3 day per week / part-time administrative role. This position provides essential administrative support and analytical research skills to two major gift officers in Capital Gifts and Special Initiatives (CGSI) teams and the Planned Giving Officer in the Planned Giving and Endowments Department (PG&E). Major Responsibilities:
Capture and maintain data in multiple donor databases and producing reports as needed.
Coordinate and assist with department fundraising materials for internal and external meetings, events, volunteer opportunities and site visits.
Oversee all aspects of processing financial commitments to ensure each step is completed in a timely and efficient manner and to donor specifications.
Balance priorities between two departments and multiple professionals.
Analyze prospect research and event participants to identify follow-up opportunities for professional staff.
Support professionals in everyday tasks, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and communicating major donors.
Document donor touch-points, participant attendance, and significant correspondences to maintain accurate records of activity and engagement.
Research donor engagement opportunities and services within UJA-Federation network of organizations.
Prepare and reconcile weekly reports to ensure that donor engagement is appropriately captured and tracked
Competencies and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and related administrative experience
Comfortable using technology and learning new databases
Be able to work on projects independently while also working as part of a team
