Job Description

  • Must have desktop/laptop repair experience.
  • Strong experience with MacOS and Windows 10/11.
  • Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops.
  • Install and maintain PCs and associated software.
  • Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
