Overview

Providing 1st contact support for desk end voice-related incident and request management.

Responsibilities

  • Test and deploy new telephony devices (IPC dealer-board, Avaya handsets, headsets).
  • Troubleshoot user-related incidents; escalate to 2nd/3rd line as needed.
  • Support IPC, Avaya Telephony, and Zoom issues at users' desks.
  • Coordinate with 2nd/3rd line support and third parties (e.g., IPC).
  • Maintain communication on incident/request progress.
  • Record incident investigations in the incident management system.
  • Assist other engineers and provide out-of-hours support for changes or major incidents.

Requirements

  • Experience with trade floor support and trader voice telephony (IPC, Avaya, Zoom).
  • Understanding of telephony solutions and integrations.
  • Ability to support telephony issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow).
  • Ability to work onsite and cover various deskside support activities.
