Role Overview:

A Delivery Leader with a focus on Property and Casualty (P&C) in an IT services company plays a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT services projects related to Property and Casualty insurance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the P&C insurance sector.
• Understand client requirements and expectations, and ensure service delivery aligns with these.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams involved in project delivery.
• Implement quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Property and Casualty insurance processes and business operations.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Skill in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
