Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Excellence Lead to drive North America (NA) General Management (GM) initiatives and oversee various Project Management Office (PMO) related tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with diverse business leaders and enabling groups to enhance delivery processes and ensure optimal performance across accounts. Reporting directly to [Your Position], this role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in delivery and a meticulous focus on process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive NA GM Initiative:

• Collaborate with different business leaders and enabling groups such as HR, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Resource Management Group (RMG) to advance NA GM objectives.
• Utilize experience in modeling various options, including people mix and pyramid structures, to optimize delivery outcomes.

Enhance Delivery Excellence Across Accounts:

• Partner with individual delivery leads to implement delivery excellence strategies, focusing on:
• Pyramid analysis and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaboration of best practices.
• Generation of delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Bench Management and Pipeline Forecasting:

• Work closely with RMG and TA to manage bench resources effectively and forecast pipeline needs to ensure the availability of the right skills.

Reporting and Communication:

• Compile and publish reports on key delivery KPIs to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Training and Development:

• Coordinate with Learning and Development (L&D) to organize training events tailored to the needs of the NA region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in delivery management, with a focus on process optimization and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with modeling techniques and analytics tools for assessing people mix and resource allocation.
• Previous exposure to similar high-pressure environments, demonstrating the ability to thrive and drive results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Experience in developing and implementing delivery KPIs and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve delivery performance.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related fields is a plus.
