The Dealer Manager will be responsible for developing and improving relationships with assigned Raymond and Toyota Material Handling (TMH) dealers. Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) is the parent company for both Toyota Material Handling (TMH) and the Raymond Corporation. TICO is also the parent company of Bastian Solutions. TMH and Raymond go to market through a dealer network. Bastian Solutions works in partnership with these dealers for automation sales and support.
Job Functions
Serve as dealer’s primary point of contact to Bastian Solutions. Serve as “voice of customer” from dealer to Bastian Solutions, facilitating clear feedback (positive & negative).
Increase Bastian Solutions OEM product sales through dealers as appropriate.
Partner with dealers on integrated systems opportunities from opportunity identification through hand-off to technical sales.
Join dealer sales personnel on customer site visits, opportunity evaluation, and qualification.
Train, coach, and develop strong working relationships with dealer sales and technical teams.
Build and execute joint strategic sales strategies.
Establish and maintain clear ways of working, goals, and incentives across dealer network.
Ensure mutual success for dealers and Bastian Solutions.
Travel Requirements
Approximately 50% overnight travel to dealers, customers, trade shows, industry events. (Travel expenses paid by Bastian Solutions)

Strong understanding of material handling and information flows within warehousing & manufacturing operations.
Bachelor’s degree (a degree in an Engineering Discipline a plus)
5-10 years in material handling and/or industrial automation is preferred.
Solution sales experience is a plus.
Demonstrated strategic sales and business development experience.
Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
