The mission driven healthtech, has raised over $50M in Series C funding, and is continuing to expand at a rapid rate. They are looking for a Senior Vice President of Data Science to join their team, to lead and scale their data science organisation, and help shape the worlds leading clinical analytics platform.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Senior Leadership team to to debate the Data Science strategy and drive high impact decisions
• Define the strategy in a way that aligns with company goals and vision, devloping a roadmap with key milestones along the way
• Scale the Data Science & Analytics team to drive deliverables and push capabilities
• Oversee the delivery of all data science outputs, ensuring accuracy
• Cross collaborating with product and software teams to incorporate design into production
• Lead the recruiting and hiring of key positions

Requirements:

• Experience leading data science organisations in the HealthCare Industry
• A past history of building successful data solutions, from concept through the deployment at scale
• Experience building and scaling successful teams, comprising of managers and ICs, encouraging development and growth
• Experience driving strategy and high impact decisions for the business, collaborating with other leaders and debating key decisions
• Masters or PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Operations Research
• Passion for improving healthcare, preferably with experience of doing so.
