Location: Initial training at North Austin/Lakeline, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
What You'll Need
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with basic Excel formulas, pivot tables, and organizing Outlook.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with remote client teams.
Ability to Multitask: Crucial for meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional client service during policy renewals.
Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring precision in client invoicing.
Research Skills: Eagerness to delve into information when required.
