Our client, a prominent financial firm specializing in specific financial services, is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to support their operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Position Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining financial data accurately into our systems. The Data Entry Specialist will contribute to the smooth operation of financial processes and support decision-making through accurate data management.
Responsibilities Of The Data Entry Specialist
Input and update financial data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail
Verify and correct data entries to ensure completeness and accuracy
Organize and maintain financial records and documents for efficient retrieval
Generate reports and extract data for analysis and reporting purposes
Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial data
Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency
Qualifications For The Data Entry Specialist
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role, preferably in a financial or accounting environment
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent numeric and alphanumeric data entry skills with high accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Education Requirements
High School diploma or GED is required
Additional training in data entry or accounting is a plus
