About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring for our client, a company in the event services industry undergoing an acquisition and integrating systems.
Job Description: We are looking for a Data Entry Clerks to support data integration efforts across various systems, including Business Spend Management, ERP, CRM, and Expense Management systems. This role will involve manual data entry, data export/import, and ensuring data accuracy during the integration process.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and retrieve data from multiple systems and compile reports.
Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records.
Collaborate with internal users and external resources to address business objectives.
Ensure data integrity and measure the accuracy of master data.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure consistency.
Identify and correct errors in data entries.
Ensure secure storage and disposal of confidential data.
Interact with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and development teams.
Participate in ongoing training on integration and database knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel, including data manipulation and pivot tables.
Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite.
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong data entry skills.
Additional Details:
Background check required
Length of Contract: 3-6 months, potential for permanent hire.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
