Data Entry Assistant (NYC)

Our Company: BCI Brands designs, sources, and markets nationally and internationally an extensive range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through all primary retail distribution levels, principally under various trademarks and under private label brand names. Our Product Development Team is looking for a candidate who is technology savvy to work within a fast-paced clothing design department.

Responsibilities:

• Set up seasonal "Maps" within the Exenta system
• Update and manage "Maps" in Exenta after market in a timely manner, coordinating between sales and design and production to ensure all details are correct
• Create and manage Excel Fabric charts following seasonal development of divisions fabrications
• Create fabric allocation charts for overseas development, co-ordinate, and close follow through with fabric production team
• This position works within a creative environment; however, the responsibilities of this candidate are all data entry. Please only apply if computer skills are your strength and the area of work you enjoy
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data entry
• Strong Knowledge of the Exenta system preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Adobe Illustrator
• Team player with good communication skills
• BA in fashion design a plus
• Self-motivated, problem solver with a flexible attitude

The salary range for this full-time, non-exempt role is between $60-75k dependent upon experience.
