The company is looking for a Business Analyst (to support the Purchasing Team)

The company is a high volume Automotive products manufacturing company, successful track record to growth for the past 20 years with 1000+ persons onsite.

• The business analyst will participate in performing (data) analysis on various business scenarios.
• Conduct analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
• Create MS Excel Templates, Charts, Macros to company management teams and customers.
• Monitor & Analyze data on performance metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and performance of various initiatives.
• Track performance of various customer accounts by department, flag accounts for non conformance.
• Create charts using MS Excel and present data in a graphical format to company management teams and customers.
• Perform analysis as requested using Microsoft Excel - Accounting or financial analysis, data for budget analysis, cost analysis, variance analysis etc.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Informatics (or Business) with extensive experience or knowledge in MS Excel, Power Bi, Tableau or other data visualization techniques.
• Entry Level (0- 5 years experience) in Business or Industry.
• Prior experience in Business Analysis or Financial Analysis or Program Management is a plus.
• Skills in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables, Charting, Trend Analysis, Advanced Formulas etc.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and customer service orientation.
• Any experience in Purchasing or as a buyer is a huge plus!
