Analyze each business context and match with Apple IT infrastructure in terms of databases, data extraction, data processing and enrichment, data retention, reporting infrastructure and IT tools, which would be used to come up with a strategy to implement business needs.
Analyze business needs to formulate a system that meets the requirements of business.
Use Apple IT infrastructure and tools like ETL framework, Snowflake, Tableau, Python and ETL metadata setup to create and transform business requirements into technical specifications which covers scope, required process workflow, testing and scope for automation from development to implementation.
Analyze the impact on existing reporting layers and applications due to changes in source system data and addition or modification of source system functionality. Output from impact analysis will provide details on changes required in Services data extracti on, data processing, reporting layer and ultimately on business reporting KPIs reported through GBI reporting UI like Royalty Approval UI, Tableau dashboards and direct reporting SQL queries used by business users.
Extract, clean and Analyze data using SQL, Python to identify patterns and trends on sales data for both prescriptive and predictive analysis
Develop and maintain data centric reports and dashboards in Tableau at both Static and Dynamic stages.
Apply advanced statistical methods to interpret data, generate reports and create presentations that convey findings to the stake holders
Develop and deploy automation scripts in SQL/Python to enhance efficiency in reporting work flows
Implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and accelerate business processes
Work closely with cross functional teams including Finance, Operations, Apple care, SAP to understand data requirements and flows to Reporting ESL’s
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues proactively
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, have documentation of process on par with the fast-paced environment.
