Customer Support Specialist

Location: Jessup, MD

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $19-$21/hourly based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and updating account information.
• Utilize strong communication skills to de-escalate a situation or direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Document detailed call reports within CRM database.
• Communicate across departments to complete work orders and process payments/invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of customer service experience within an office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management skills.
