We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients by handling inbound calls, documenting interactions accurately, and providing knowledgeable assistance using provided scripts and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Document details of customer conversations and transactions.
Utilize scripts and online resources effectively to provide accurate information about our programs.
Operate efficiently within technical systems including desktop applications and call center platforms.
Maintain high standards of quality and productivity as per department metrics.
Educate customers on program details and respond to inquiries with up-to-date information.
Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion, adhering to protocol.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (ethernet capable) for remote work.
Ability to pass language proficiency assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
Previous experience in customer service roles.
Prior clearance for a Public Trust Entry of Duty (Government Clients Only).
Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors.
Experience working in a FEMA Call Center environment.

This position requires the ability to obtain a public trust entry of duty security clearance due to the nature of government clients we support.
