Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our clients with professionalism and empathy. As a vital member of our remote workforce, you will handle inbound calls, accurately document customer interactions, and provide assistance using provided scripts and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, showing empathy and understanding in every interaction.
Maintain a reliable and secure internet connection to ensure seamless communication with our clients.
Utilize online resources effectively to provide accurate and efficient information to customers.
Navigate technical systems including desktop applications and call center-specific phone systems with ease.
Meet quality assurance standards and performance metrics set by the department.
Educate customers and address inquiries, ensuring they receive the most up-to-date information about our services.
Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion, adhering to established protocols.
Requirements
Must Have:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment.
Strong internet connection suitable for remote work.
Nice To Have
Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Previous experience in customer service roles.
Prior clearance for a Public Trust Entry of Duty (for government clients).
Licenses in insurance, healthcare, and/or finance sectors.
Familiarity with FEMA call center operations.
