Position Overview
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support during our peak season. This is a part-time seasonal position, and the employment term will run from July/August to the conclusion of the football season. The position requires availability to work some weekends and adaptability to a flexible work schedule during the busy season.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm and courteous manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information and order details into the system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and inventory, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to the management team.
- Adhere to work schedules, being consistently punctual and maintain reliable attendance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- All other tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends and accommodate a varied work schedule as required during peak periods.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of football, particularly the Las Vegas Raiders, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be flexible regarding work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and stair climbing
- Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
