Customer Operations Manager
Job Description
- Strategically aligned with top accounts to ensure customer issues are being resolved promptly
- Price RFPs (spot and contractual) with precision and accuracy, ensuring profitability and competitive advantage.
- Forge strategic alliances with key carrier partners, positioning for success and amplifying our ability to deliver on our commitments.
- Mentor and guide new team members, nurturing their talent and helping them flourish in the logistics arena.
- Efficiently coordinate a diverse array of transportation modes for our esteemed accounts, ensuring smooth sailing from origin to destination.
MUST HAVES:
- 3+ years of 3PL/Brokerage experience
- 5+ years of work experience that includes strong customer service experience specifically solving problems and overcoming client challenges. Hospitality background is a plus.
- Strong job tenure
- TMS software experience, Microsoft Office experience
- Associate degree in Business, Logistics, or other related field
